Failed to Deliver - affiliate, has not filled in the customer account#
Hi Team,
GNet will need to know what account# of your affiliate who is sending you business. GNet treats affiliate partners who are sending in business as CUSTOMERs, therefore you need to have a customer entry in your system for the sending partner.
Look up the CUSTOMER ACCOUNT# in your reservation system for the Partner who's reservations are failing to deliver.
Go to GNet Dashboard and click on “Partners” menu - https://gnet.grdd.net/dashboard
Click on the corresponding Partner entry and fill in the PINK field with the ACCOUNT number from your reservation system.
Click SAVE.
Once you do this, those reservations should flow through.
