Failed to Deliver - Customer Account# missing - LimoAnywhere FARM-IN

Hi Team,

Lookup the CUSTOMER ACCOUNT# in Limo Anywhere system for the Partner who's reservations are failed to be delivered. It's a RED numeric number on the top right of the Accounts detail screen.


  1. Go to GNet Dashboard and click on “Partners” menu - https://gnet.grdd.net/dashboard

  2. Click on the corresponding Partner entry and fill in the PINK field with the Customer ACCOUNT number you have for them on your Limo Anywhere system.

Below is a sample screenshot from Limo Anywhere Customer Account Page.  The Account # you are looking for is in the top right of the screen (RED NUMBER)





Once you do this, those reservations should flow through.
