Limo Anywhere is currently integrated with GRiDD/GNet. GRiDD/GNet allows you to receive trips from other reservation management software into Limo Anywhere.
To get started with the GRiDD integration you must first :
1. You will need to register with GRiDD here: https://gnet.grdd.net/dashboard/pages/gnetview.html
2. Once you are Registered, GRiDD will reach out to you and get with you to get you started.
Connect Your Company to Gridd
- Click the 'My Office' icon.
- Click on the 'System Settings' button.
- Click on the 'Partner Settings' button.
- Click on the 'Partners' button, You will see Gridd listed there.
- Click the 'Connect' button and then you will see two hands shaking confirming that the connection was made.
Vehicle Type Mapping
Make sure all of your Vehicle Types are mapped into their appropriate category
- Click on the 'My Office' Icon
- Click on the 'System Settings' button
- Click on the'Partner Settings' button
- Click on the 'Vehicle Type Mapping' button
. We provide you with several categories and you just need to drag and drop those Vehicle Types under the category the Vehicle Type fits into. If the Vehicle Type doesn't fit under any category we have you can put that Vehicle Type under "All Other Vehicles"
System Service Type Default Mapping
You must make sure your system service type defaults are mapped.
- Click on the 'My Office' icon
- Click on the 'Company Settings' tab
- Click on the 'System Settings' button
- Click on the 'Service Types' button
How to set default service types
You will set the Default Service Types for Hourly, Airport Departure, Airport Arrival, and Point-to-Point.
Note: The Service Type you map each of these to needs to be active on ORES 4.0. See example below.
Calculate and Display Pricing
In order for GRiDD/GNet to calculate pricing when receiving trips from them, you must have the setting to Calculate and Display Pricing on ORES 4.0 turned to "Yes".
Rates
You must have Rates set up to receive trips from GRiDD/GNet. GRiDD/GNet does have the ability to use 'Fixed', 'Hourly', and/or 'Distance Based' rates. It will determine the rate based on what type of trip and what pricing type you have set in ORES 4.0.
