Livery Coach - Farm In Farm Out - settings

Livery Coach Customer Setup for (GRiDD, GNet)

The good news is that this is a very short document because the setup on your end is simple.  All you would need to do is access the Farm Agreement for the affiliate you are sending work to and from.

First, enter the affiliate’s GRiDD ID into the field ID/CustCode:

Under the Livery Network tab on BOTH the Farm In and Farm Out side, change the Provider in the dropdown to GRiDD, or GNet depending on how the provider was entered), and set to send back Trip Status, Chauffeur Info, etc. as you wish:

Next, make sure the dropdown on the Farm Out part of the agreement is set to Network / Electronic Delivery, and configure the prompt settings to your preference:

(Please Note:  you will HAVE to have both a Farm In and Farm Out Agreement for affiliates you are connecting to VIA GNet, regardless of whether you use both or not.)

You can then send reservations through GNet as you would any other Farm Out that is sent electronically.

And that is literally all there is to it.  All of the other setup is taken care of by Livery Coach and GNet.
