Maintain Company profile

It is important to maintain your Company profile updated on the GNet dashboard as this is the information other affiliates see when they locate you on the GNet member profile. A screenshot is included below, fill out all fields on the front page (first sub tab, Company Info) including all contact information, as well as the search fields of "Airports serviced" and "Search Keywords" affiliates may find you under. If you are an NLA member make sure to enter your NLA member number in the appropriate box and you will receive a 5% credit when you add any credit to your GNet balance. Having your company logo is very helpful.  

If you have additional locations you can add the locations on the "Locations" sub tab next to "Company Info". Please do not use PO Box, this requires a street address to show as an actual location on the GNet map.

Please also maintain the best emails when receiving any updates or alerts. This is on the sub tab "Email alerts". You can have more than one email by adding a comma after the first email, enter additional emails and Save.

Farmhouse settings: please refer to the section "Farmhouse".

Rate engines are not required, but in case you use any please indicate on the last sub tab "Rate Engines". If you use any other than 2S or Rate Butler please let our support team know. Otherwise, best to maintain an accurate and updated rate sheet on your reservation system.
