LimoAnyWhere - Rates and Vehicle Mapping

LimoAnyWhere - Rates and Vehicle Mapping

Limo Anywhere is currently integrated with GRiDD/GNet allowing you to receive trips from other reservation systems, such as Fasttrak and Livery Coach, into Limo Anywhere.

Once your company has been connected to GRiDD in order to receive trips you will need to have rates and some settings set up.

Vehicle Type Mapping

Make sure all of your Vehicle Types are mapped into their appropriate category under Network>Partner Network tab. We provide you with several categories and you just need to drag and drop those Vehicle Types under the category the Vehicle Type fits into. If the Vehicle Type doesn't fit under any category we have you can put that Vehicle Type under "All Other Vehicles"

Rates Mapping

Make sure all of your Rates are mapped into their appropriate category under Network>Partner Network tab. We provide you with several categories and you just need to drag and drop those Vehicle Types under the category the Rate fits into. If the Rate doesn't fit under any category we have, you can put that Rate under "Miscellaneous Charge"

System Service Type Default Mapping

You must make sure your system service type defaults are mapped. You map them under My Office>Company Preferences>System Mapping>Service Types tab.

You will set the Default Service Types for Hourly, Airport Departure, Airport Arrival, and Point-to-Point. Note: The Service Type you map each of these to needs to be active on ORES 4.0. See example below.

Rates

You must have Rates set up to receive trips from GRiDD/GNet. GRiDD/GNet does have the ability to use Fixed, Hourly, and/or Distance. It will determine the rate based on what type of trip is the trip they are sending is and what pricing type you have set in ORES 4.0.
