FASTTRAK - Failure to receive - Customer ID missing on GNet

Receive via GNet

  1. Hi Team,

The Customer_ID for your affiliate is missing on GNet. The procedure to fix this is as follows:

    • In FASTTRAK, locate the CUSTOMER ID for your Affiliate Partner.

    • Go to your GNet Dashboard Partner Page, click on the corresponding Partner entry, and fill in the PINK field with the CUSTOMER ID number from FASTTRAK.

    • Click SAVE

  2. This tells FASTTRAK what account the run should land under. Once you do this, that affiliate's reservations should flow into FASTTRAK.

    Thank you,
